LoA or LoA?

I heard an interesting take on Law of Attraction vs Law of Assumption.

For a long time, in my mind, I thought these were very different things. Law of Attraction is all about vibrations and attracting that which you are. It's about the mirror principle and taking inspired action. But then the Law of Assumption is about living "as if". If you're familiar with Neville Goddard, you may remember his mentor saying, "You ARE IN Barbedos, and you traveled there first class!" This is also in line with what Jesus of Nazareth said, "Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."

To me, these always seemed like a contradiction. How can it be that I need to raise my vibration in order to attract something, but at the same time, as soon as I ask it's already mine?

The new thing I learned is that these two laws are the opposite sides of the same coin. And that coin is called your identity.

It's important to remember that all of us, everything around us from the quark to the galaxy cluster is in constant movement and flow. Everything is constantly roiling and becoming. You've heard of the Big Bang theory right? Well, I heard Saad Guru once say it was more of a Big Roar that has been roaring since the start of time, and we are all part of that.

Like, in your life, for example, you aren't the same person you were when you were a child. You literally have an entirely new body - every cell has been replaced, and probably millions have been replaced while you read this.

But what does this have to do with LoA vs LoA?

Well, you, the true you, the divine you, the you that remembers and foresees, the you that is the captain of your ship - that you - is literally a co-creator of worlds. So when you set an intention to the point where it shifts your identity, then whatever that intention is now exists in your vortex, as Abraham calls it. Because that exists, and because your identity has now shifted with your new intention, the Big Roar continues to roil through you and your vibrations start to change so that people, events, thoughts, and resources begin to naturally move toward you, and you toward them.

In other words, when you apply the Law of Assumption, it activates the Law of Attraction, and the more you get validation through the Law of Attraction, the stronger the Law of Assumption becomes, and the more those two increase, the more your identity shifts.

But the cool thing is there's really no right way to start this process. You can activate any one of the three and the other two will follow. So, say you want to change your identity, but you don't really know where you want to go. You can change your friend group, do guided meditations, do hypnosis, read lots of books, change the way you dress, change your occupation, change the places you go, and all those things will shift your identity. As you shift those things, new events and people will be Attracted into your life, and as those things change, you'll make new Assumptions about how your life is. Or if you do want to be in a certain place, or attract a certain person or event, you can start by shifting your vibration by doing meditation work, clearing your chakras, taking massive action, using powerful affirmations correctly. Inevitably, you'll find certain assumptions coming up about the changes you intend to make, and those will help shift your identity.

Let me know what you think of this. I'm still processing the idea.
